Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the VOUCH app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Nature of Activity

VOUCH is a Consumer Loyalty and Market Research platform. The service is designed for private consumers participating in registered sales promotions—not for professional media services, paid commercial advertising production, or standalone paid social campaigns sold as professional media placement services.

2a. Member Participation (Private Consumers)

Members participate as private consumers sharing genuine personal experiences of products they have personally purchased. Optional public posts reflect customer satisfaction and are not offered or priced as professional creative or media placement services.

2b. Meaning of "Redemptions"

“Redemptions” means cashback rebates on verified personal expenditures only, evidenced by a valid Tax Invoice (TRN receipt). Redemptions are not wages, talent fees, or compensation for professional advertising or media services.

3. Verification Requirement (Tax Invoice)

A valid Tax Invoice (TRN receipt) is mandatory for every redemption. The invoice demonstrates that you are a paying customer with a genuine purchase; your optional public sharing of satisfaction is a personal consumer expression and review right, not a commercial advertisement sold to brands.

4. Redemptions and Consumer Expression

Redemptions are provided as rebates for verified personal expenditures only. You acknowledge that any public sharing you choose to make is an expression of personal consumer satisfaction within a registered sales promotion, and not independent commercial advertising services.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the UAE to use VOUCH. You must be eligible to participate in registered loyalty offers and redemptions.

6. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information including a valid Emirates ID for KYC
• One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
• You must not share your account credentials

7. Requirement Submissions

• Submitted social media posts must be genuine and not manipulated
• Tax invoice (TRN receipt) and purchase proof must be real and unaltered
• Fraudulent submissions will result in immediate account termination
• Cashback rebates are subject to a 48-hour verification hold

8. Redemptions

Total saved amounts are redeemed in AED to your verified bank account where eligible. VOUCH reserves the right to withhold redemptions pending fraud investigation. Minimum withdrawal amount and processing times apply.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting fake or manipulated content
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses
• Using automated tools or bots
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform

10. Termination

VOUCH may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts.
